By accepting our quote, you have read and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
Kudos Car Care holds the right that the contents published on our website is correct. We reserve the right to change our pricing without notice. By accepting any service through Kudos Car Care means they have understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

Kudos Car Care does not retain client’s credit card details on file. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Appointment arrangement can be made between the client and Kudos Car Care over the phone, email, in person or online. Our team will reply to the booking within a short time frame. Prices will be discussed over the phone or email and based on availability. Appointments will be confirmed by text the prior to the appointment.

Vehicle Accessories
All vehicle accessories such as headlight covers, bonnet guards, vent visors and weather shields must be removed by the customer prior to commencement of work. The customer must remove any personal items from the interior of the vehicle including the boot. Kudos Car Care will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, anything which is not removed will be cleaned around that area. Any items found in the vehicle will be returned.

Method of Payment
Payment for all services must be paid on completion of work carried out prior to the operator leaving the job. We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, EFTPOS, Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard, Diners Car & American Express) only. We do not have online paying option through our website.

When conducting a mobile car detail, Kudos Car Care is not liable for any oil, grease, brake dust or any form of pollutants washed off the customers vehicle while detailing their vehicle that are left on the property that could or may have stained or damaged the driveway or lawn in any way. All products used by Kudos Car Care are environmentally friendly. Kudos Car Care is not liable for any physical damage done to the customer’s property such as structural damage that may have occurred while operating a motor vehicle on the property.

Kudos Car Care does have Motor Vehicle insurance to cover your vehicle whilst it is being driven by one of our operators.

Kudos Car Care has sole discretion in determining the liability of any damage that the customer claims to have occurred while work was performed on the vehicle such as scratches, scuffs, dents, swirl marks as they may have been there prior to work commencing when the vehicle was dirty and they could not be seen.

It is in customer’s best interest to identify areas where prior damage exists, such as electrical parts, computer box and special engine compartment where water should not be used before Kudos Car Care starts their work.

Kudos Car Care does not take responsibility for the vehicle where existing problems are known before commencing the work. It is the customer’s responsibility to get those problems fixed before Kudos Car Care starts any work. If the pre-existing problem doesn’t get fixed and any new problem occurs while detailing and could be related to pre-existing issue for which Kudos Car Care doesn’t take liability or responsibility.

Once a service is book through Kudos Car Care, either directly in person, over the phone or online, the customer understands what services are involved and they fully accept the service. Before commencing the work, Kudos Car Care work once again informs their customers of the services involved.

As part of a detailing process, high pressure machine, buffing machine, vacuum and shampoo machines are used without which our jobs cannot be completed. Once interior detailing is completed, Kudos Car Care does not take any responsibility for seats still wet, carpets still wet and condensation in any electrical or related areas. The period of time that the treatment will last is dependent on the type of treatment performed and what environmental conditions the vehicle is exposed to.

When cleaning an engine bay Kudos Car Care only perform a mild steam clean and wipe off dust. No high pressure water will be used to clean the engine. If customer needs engine degreased and high pressure cleaned then they have to give written permission to Kudos Car Care prior to the work and no liability will be taken for any problems arising from this service.

Kudos Car Care has the right to ask for vehicle and hold it till the service agreed to is completed. Once the customer fully pays for service requested and tax invoice issued Kudos Car Care will return the car safely. If no payment is made Kudos Car Care has the right to hold the vehicle until full payment is made, unless prior arrangements are made.

Cancellation policy
Once the booking has been made the client has accepted the agreed price either via in person, by phone or by mail. For cancellation our charges are:

  • 48 hours before the due time won’t incur any charges.
  • 24 hours before the due time will incur 10% cancellation fees to the agreed price.
  • 12 hours before the due time or on the day will incur 25% cancellation fees to the agreed price.

Refund policy
We normally don’t accept advanced payment before we start the work, with the exception of Gift Certificates. We give our customers service for detailing the job and the price includes travel, time, labour, chemical and machinery costs and other related business costs. Once the service is completed the customer is given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and complete the sale. Once the detailing service has been completed the customer gets legally bound to pay Kudos Car Care. We give customers enough time to assess our work and do the payment. Once the sale is completed customers can’t get any refund for the service already provided. This is a service industry and once the service is already provided and completed no refund for change of mind or unsatisfactory work. Refund will only be accepted before our service is provided in cases like gift voucher or client has already paid in advance before the commencing of the job. In these cases refund will only be provided considering the above cancellation policy with original receipts provided.

Kudos Car Care offers our customers Professional Service Guaranteed. After the completion of the job, the customer must inspect all work carried out prior to the operator leaving, any issues that need rectifying must be done before the detailer leaves. After the detailer has left and issues are brought up will incur additional charges based on travel time and cause of problem.
